Jeep lança minissérie que mostra os bastidores da criação do Avenger 4xe

Jeep has just released a set of four videos showcasing the creation of the Avenger 4xe, the SUV in the B segment.

This journey dives into the meticulous concept that shaped the Avenger 4xe, highlighting the model’s development driven by real-world demands, cutting-edge innovation, and the passion of its designers.

In the first film, Ricardo and Lorenzo – despite their different backgrounds in Mexico and France – share the same passion and goal: to design vehicles that are both impressive and practical for adventure and everyday life.

Similarly, Dain and Sacha, from Korea and Ireland, love the world of off-road and nature, but also seek to make it accessible to families exploring together.

Later, Mitch and Federico, an Italian and a Swiss, along with Daniele and his team (Sacha Barber, Lorenzo Mariotti, Dain Kim, Ricardo Campos, Federico Pischedda, Lorenzo De Nuccio, Roberto Corongiu, Jacopo Demaria, Michele Sherko), demonstrate how real-life, adrenaline-filled experiences inspired the most iconic features of the vehicle.

Designed to stand out both on and off the road, the Avenger 4xe includes a Selec-Terrain system for optimal adaptability, anti-scratch bumpers for extra protection, a matte sticker on the hood to reduce sun glare, and improved technical angles to tackle challenging terrains.

These elements incorporate the adrenaline-filled experiences of the Jeep brand’s design team, ensuring that every journey—whether through city streets or off-road trails—is made with confidence.

The Avenger 4xe is equipped with a state-of-the-art 48V hybrid system, powered by a 1.2-liter turbo engine with 136 hp, complemented by two 21 kW electric motors applied to the front and rear axles.

This configuration is paired with a six-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, allowing for 100% electric operation at low speeds, a maximum speed of 194 km/h, and acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 9.5 seconds.

“The design of the Avenger 4xe was more than just an aesthetic consideration; it was about creating a practical, versatile, and ready-for-anything vehicle. Every detail serves a purpose and reflects our passion for adventure, our respect for Jeep’s heritage, and our commitment to pushing the boundaries of electrified capability. Experience a vehicle that not only embodies design excellence but also enhances the journey with adaptability and innovative features.”, said Daniele Calonaci, design director of Jeep Europe.
