Mercedes-Benz has confirmed the name of the concept that anticipates future generations of the Vito and V-Class vans. Named Vision V, the new concept was first presented in December, and it is now expected to be revealed this year, ahead of the new line of electric vans hitting the market next year.

The German brand has now revealed a new teaser for the Vision V concept, which it claims showcases Mercedes-Benz Vans’ vision of combining generous space with maximum exclusivity, as well as traditionally crafted materials with modern design and plenty of technology.
The foundation of the Vision V is the new Van Electric Architecture (VAN.EA), which will give the brand the flexibility to create entry-level versions in the family range, VIP vehicles, and “spacious and luxurious limousines.”
All future electric vans inspired by this concept will feature an 800-volt electric architecture and will be offered in single and dual motor configurations. Additionally, Mercedes-Benz promises that the main variants of these new models will have a range of up to 500 km, Level 2 autonomous driving, and that models equipped with Level 3 and Level 4 autonomous driving will be available later.
Mercedes-Benz Vans promises more news about the Vision V concept for next April.
