Leapmotor has confirmed its participation in the Munich Motor Show (IAA Mobility 2025) in Germany, which will take place from September 9 to 14, 2025, where it promises to present a new model.
The Chinese brand is returning to an event where it made its European debut in 2023, to showcase a new addition to its model portfolio, in addition to displaying the already well-known models T03, B10, and C10.
“Our presence at IAA Mobility 2025 in Munich confirms the brand’s long-term strategy and the crucial role of the European market. Global expansion remains one of our primary objectives, with Europe at the top of our agenda. This naturally also applies to Germany, the largest automotive market on the continent. Our story of international expansion for the Leapmotor brand began here and will write a new chapter at IAA Mobility 2025,” said Zhu Jiangming, global CEO of Leapmotor.
Committed to its international expansion process, Leapmotor aims to deliver over 500,000 vehicles in 2025, after reaching the milestone of 300,000 vehicles in 2024, doubling the sales volume of the previous year.
With this result, Leapmotor has solidified its position in the top three of the New Energy Vehicle start-up brands in the competitive Chinese automotive market. In Europe, the joint venture Leapmotor International (51% Stellantis / 49% Leapmotor) began its operations in the fall of 2024.
“We have been active in Europe for several months and have already achieved many important milestones. Another one is our renewed participation in IAA Mobility, which we look forward to with great anticipation. Being present at IAA Mobility 2025 will help us be even closer to our European customers.”, said Tianshu Xin, CEO of Leapmotor International.
It is worth noting that in the European market, Leapmotor benefits from sharing the sales and service network of Stellantis, a partner in the strategic alliance and also a shareholder.
