The F1 season could be monotonous if Verstappen hid the true speed of the RB-20 during testing.

Temporada de F1 pode ser monótona se Verstappen escondeu velocidade real do RB-20 durante testes.

Max Verstappen is set to dominate the 2024 season, as reports suggest that he did not fully showcase the capabilities of the RB-20 during pre-season testing. The first race of the season is about to begin in less than a week, after three days of testing sessions. Throughout these sessions, both Verstappen and Red Bull demonstrated impressive speed and performance with their exclusively designed RB-20. Consequently, it is likely that Milton Keynes will continue to dominate the 2024 campaign. It has been reported that Verstappen deliberately ran with additional fuel load, giving the chassis extra weight compared to other teams. This put him at a disadvantage, as other drivers were running with lower fuel loads. Despite this, the 26-year-old driver still achieved remarkable results and lap times, further highlighting the impressive pace of the RB-20. Verstappen praised Red Bull for pushing the limits with their new car. Furthermore, it was revealed that Verstappen was operating the engine in a low hybrid mode during the testing sessions. This suggests that the RB-20 has the potential to produce even higher speeds. Despite the hybrid mode, the reigning world champion finished first during the testing session, indicating that the RB-20 may be faster than its record-breaking predecessor, the RB19.

In a recent post on X, many fans expressed their surprise that Verstappen was not showing his full potential during the testing session. One fan noted that the season hadn’t even started yet, but it already seemed like it was over. Another fan observed that the other teams on the grid were in trouble because they had no chance against the dominant Milton Keynes.

Most fans were concerned about a repeat of the 2023 season, where Ferrari was the only team besides Red Bull to win a race. One fan mentioned their excitement to see who would finish in second place, as Verstappen would likely finish first in the championship. Another fan complained that the season would be incredibly boring with the same driver winning every race.

Nahhhhhhh, it’s completely over. The season hasn’t even started and it’s already over.

Oh no, it’s over.

This season is going to be extremely monotonous.

I can’t wait to see who will finish in second place, this season will be exciting.

We’re in trouble, my God.

The season is over. Alonso was right. It’s all over, except for the complaints.

Well, that’s unfortunate.

I can’t decide if I’m really excited for this season or if I’m dreading it.

I believe this year will be the best in recent memory. I can’t wait to see who secures second place!!!

Well, at least the battle for 2nd to 5th place in the standings looks like it will be interesting this year with Aston Martin, Merc, McLaren, and Ferrari. Red Bull, especially with Max, seems to be in a league of their own.

The aerodynamic genius once again did an excellent job developing a championship-winning chassis for the 2024 season. Only time will tell how rival teams will fare against Milton Keynes. By the end of the 2023 season, most teams on the grid were closing the gap in terms of Red Bull’s pace.
