Williams has revealed its stunning FW47 livery for the 2025 Formula 1 season, showcasing a striking design at the F1 75 season launch event at London’s O2 Arena. The livery marks the team’s ongoing evolution as they look ahead to another competitive campaign, following a series of significant partnerships and changes within the team.

The livery unveiling comes just days after Williams debuted the FW47 for the first time during a Silverstone shakedown, which was broadcast live across YouTube and the team’s website. On that occasion, the car sported a one-off livery to celebrate Williams’ landmark title partnership with Atlassian, which James Vowles hailed as “one of the biggest in sports.” The true livery unveiled on Tuesday honors this new partnership and is a preview of what the team will race with throughout the 2025 season.

Williams’ New Partnerships and Strong Branding

The FW47’s design features royal blue as the predominant color, complemented by Betway and Jackpot City (parent company SuperGroup), who have been added to Williams’ growing roster of sponsors. Both brands are prominently featured on the car, highlighting the expanding network of backing for the team.

The livery also includes the logo of Santander following a multi-year partnership, and brings back the branding of Duracell, Gulf Oil, and Kraken, marking the continuation of successful partnerships that bolster Williams’ presence both on and off the track.

Team Growth and New Driver Lineup

After a challenging 2024 season that saw the team finish 9th in the Constructors’ Championship, Williams has reason to be optimistic heading into the new season. The team’s workforce has expanded from 700 to 1000 employees, with improved production processes in place to support their future ambitions.

A key change to the lineup for 2025 is the addition of Carlos Sainz, the Grand Prix winner, who will partner with Alex Albon behind the wheel of the FW47. Sainz’s experience and expertise are expected to be crucial in pushing the team forward, and his presence alongside Albon signals Williams’ intent to improve its position in the standings and compete more effectively with the mid-field teams.

A New Era for Williams

Williams’ 2025 campaign is set to be one of transition and growth, with an ambitious new driver lineup, a stronger workforce, and an exciting slate of partnerships. The FW47, with its bold livery and new branding, sets the stage for a season where Williams will look to capitalize on the improvements made during the offseason and aim for better results than in 2024.
