The reference “Trans” in “Mazda Trans Aoyama” means “change or transcendence,” reflecting Mazda’s desire for this space to inspire visitors to adopt a positive perspective. Guided by the company’s mission to “Enrich the lives in motion for all those we serve,” Mazda aims to create uplifting experiences for all visitors to the space. The Mazda Trans Aoyama will not only serve current customers and brand enthusiasts but will also provide a welcoming environment for those who do not yet have connections with Mazda, inviting them to explore, discover, and be inspired by the Hiroshima brand.

The Japanese brand has already revealed that the new showroom will offer new content, featuring rotating exhibitions, events, and workshops on a variety of topics, including but not limited to automobiles. A permanent exhibition will showcase current production models, concept cars – such as the Mazda ICONIC SP, now on display – and historical Mazda vehicles, along with miniature models that highlight the brand’s rich heritage. Visitors will also have the opportunity to drive the iconic MX-5, in test drives that allow them to envision a future with Mazda.
