The Chinese company Zeekr has unveiled the first images of the new 007 GT Wagon, the wagon version of the 007 sedan, which will arrive in Europe under the name Zeekr 7 GT.
Now, it was the turn of Zeekr’s vice president, Zhu Ling, to reveal images on social media, which were shared by the Chinese press, of the brand’s new model being tested alongside a Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo and an Audi RS e-Tron GT.
It is not exactly clear why the two European models were shown alongside the new Zeekr 007 GT Wagon, which is set to launch in the second quarter of the year, according to the company, and all indications suggest it will be presented at the Shanghai Auto Show, taking place in April.
It is worth noting that all signs point to this new 007 GT wagon featuring the same dimensions and motorization as the sedan, which was launched in China in 2023, with a length of 4.86 meters, a width of 1.90 meters, and a height of 1.45 meters. The wheelbase measures 2.92 meters.
Built on the PMA2+ platform derived from Geely’s SEA, the Zeekr 007 features an 800-volt architecture and is equipped with an electric motor that delivers 204 hp and a maximum torque of 350 Nm, allowing for acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.5 seconds.
Like the sedan, the Zeekr 7 GT Wagon will also be marketed in Europe as part of the brand’s global strategy. Currently, Zeekr is present in only three European markets: the Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden.
