Formula 1 fans, mark your calendars— the 2025 Las Vegas Grand Prix will start two hours earlier than last year’s event.
🚨 New Start Time: 20:00 local time (23:00 ET, 04:00 GMT) on Saturday, November 22, 2025.
This adjustment, confirmed by the FIA’s official 2025 F1 calendar release, aims to improve global viewing experiences and operational efficiency for the high-profile Sin City night race.
Why the Change?
🏁 Las Vegas GP is unlike any other—being a night race on a temporary street circuit presents unique logistical challenges.
🔹 Late night starts in 2023 & 2024 (22:00 local time) frustrated some fans due to extreme cold and awkward global broadcast times.
🔹 Moving the race up by two hours means warmer conditions, better TV scheduling, and reduced impact on the city’s daily traffic flow.
🔹 The earlier start could also improve track temperatures, enhancing tire performance and overall race conditions.
