For the twelfth consecutive year, Automobili Lamborghini has been certified as a “Top Employer Italy,” a testament to the ongoing commitment of the Sant’Agata Bolognese brand to excellence in the workplace and the well-being of its employees.
This recognition awarded by the “Top Employers Institute,” which certifies 2,303 organizations in 121 countries, highlights Lamborghini’s corporate vision that combines innovation, inclusion, and sustainability in medium- and long-term transformation programs.
The “Top Employers” certification is granted to companies that meet the high standards required by the Best Practices in Human Resources Survey. This assessment covers six macro areas within Human Resources, analyzing 20 topics in depth and their respective best practices, including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Well-being.
