Triarsi Competizione Unveils Star-Studded Lineup for 2025 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship

Triarsi Competizione has announced an exciting new chapter for its IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship campaign, confirming Sheena Monk and Stevan McAleer as the full-season drivers for the No. 021 Ferrari 296 GT3. The duo will be joined by veteran endurance drivers Mike Skeen and James Calado for the five Michelin Endurance Cup events, including the iconic Rolex 24 At Daytona.

A Dynamic Full-Season Driver Pairing

Monk and McAleer bring proven chemistry to the team, having raced together at Gradient Racing last season, where they earned two top-five finishes and a podium in the Acura NSX GT3 Evo22. Monk, now entering her third season in GTD, has her sights set on the prestigious Bob Akin Award, which comes with an automatic invitation to the 2026 24 Hours of Le Mans. Her long-term sponsor, JG Wentworth, will also join Triarsi Competizione, bolstering the team’s resources for the season.

“It’s tough to grasp the magnitude of the opportunity in front of me and candidly, I haven’t felt this kind of optimism for a program in a long time,” Monk said. “The Ferrari 296 GT3, combined with Triarsi’s professionalism and our stellar driver lineup, gives us a real shot at success.”

McAleer, a seasoned competitor and former Michelin Pilot Challenge and SRO GT champion, expressed his excitement about continuing his partnership with Monk in the competitive GTD class.

“Triarsi’s well-established Ferrari program inspires a lot of confidence,” said McAleer. “With Mike Skeen joining for the endurance rounds and James Calado for Daytona, we’ve got a team capable of challenging for wins.”

Stacked Endurance Lineup for Daytona

The No. 021 Ferrari 296 GT3 will be reinforced by Mike Skeen, a proven performer with over a decade of IMSA experience, and James Calado, a two-time FIA World Endurance Champion and 2023 Le Mans winner. Calado is no stranger to Daytona’s grueling 24-hour challenge, having been part of the victorious Risi Competizione team in the GTD Pro class last year.

Skeen, who previously raced alongside McAleer to a podium finish at Daytona in 2022, is looking forward to the challenge.

“This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a strong team and an incredible lineup,” Skeen said. “I’m eager to see what we can accomplish this season.”

Triarsi’s Dual-Car Effort

The No. 021 Ferrari will share the spotlight with the No. 023 Ferrari 296 GT3, which returns for its third season competing in the Michelin Endurance Cup rounds. Team stalwarts Onofrio Triarsi Jr., Charles Scardina, and Alessio Rovera will lead the No. 023 entry, joined by Riccardo Agostini for Daytona.

Eyes on Success in 2025

With a formidable roster of talent and the competitive Ferrari 296 GT3, Triarsi Competizione is poised for a strong campaign in 2025. The team’s mix of seasoned veterans and rising stars creates a potent combination that will undoubtedly make waves in both the full-season GTD championship and the prestigious endurance races.

The journey kicks off at the 63rd Rolex 24 At Daytona later this month, where the team will look to make a powerful statement in one of motorsport’s most celebrated events.
