Alfa Romeo will present the new Junior Ibrida Q4 in its world debut at the Brussels Motor Show, which takes place from January 10 to 19, 2025.
The new model in the Junior range is equipped with a 48 V hybrid system that combines the well-known 1.2-liter turbo engine with 136 hp and two electric motors of 21 kW. The Junior Q4 is designed to provide safe and high-performance driving in all conditions, especially when grip is reduced, benefiting from Q4 all-wheel drive.
Specifically, the hybrid system of the Junior Q4 features two electric motors: one positioned on the front axle, integrated into the six-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, and a second mounted on the rear axle, ensuring traction without a physical connection between the two axles.
The rear motor is equipped with a gear ratio that increases torque up to 1900 Nm, ensuring maximum traction and stability.
The Junior Ibrida Q4 features an independent MultiLink rear suspension, designed to ensure maximum comfort during daily driving and improve traction in all road conditions.
The Q4 system is automatically activated based on grip conditions and road inclination, ensuring that all-wheel drive is always available using Power Looping technology, so the vehicle maintains all-wheel drive even with a weak battery charge.
In addition to the world premiere of the Junior Ibrida Q4, Alfa Romeo will also present the Alfa Romeo Junior 280 Veloce and the 33 Stradal at the Brussels Motor Show, as well as the new special series Intensa, available across the entire range with exclusive design interventions to celebrate the identity of a brand with a strong, bold, and visceral attitude.
