Denny Hamlin’s daughters frequently accompany their father to the race track throughout the season. Denny Hamlin, along with his children Molly and Taylor, can be seen together in a photo shared on social media. NASCAR recently released a docu-series called NASCAR: Full Speed, which quickly gained popularity in the USA and Canada. The series consists of five episodes that focus on a select group of drivers and the 2023 playoffs, providing fans with exclusive content that includes glimpses into the lives of the racers and their families. Joe Gibbs Racing is a significant contributor to the series, as they opened their doors to Netflix and allowed the producers to capture unique moments involving the Hamlin family. One of these moments was shared by Hamlin himself, showing a heartwarming conversation with his daughters.

In the video, Molly, who is six years old, asks her father how many races he has participated in NASCAR. Hamlin responds that he has done 600 races, to which Molly exclaims, “That’s too many!” Hamlin then reveals that he has only won 50 races and asks his daughters how many they think he should have won. Both Molly and Taylor suggest that he should have won 100 races. The conversation then shifts to Hamlin discussing another racer’s recent victory, and Molly struggles to remember the name of the 2021 Cup champion. Taylor steps in to help her recall the names. The docu-series showcases many more heartwarming moments featuring Hamlin and his daughters.

In the history of the NASCAR Cup Series, there have only been two drivers who have won over 100 NASCAR Cup races. The top spot belongs to a seven-time Cup champion, who has achieved 200 wins. The second position is held by a driver with 105 race wins. Jeff Gordon, with 93 wins, is the driver with the most wins in the modern era, alongside Jimmie Johnson with 83 wins. Among active full-time drivers, the one with the most wins is a driver with 63 race victories. Denny Hamlin, with 51 race wins, ranks 13th on the all-time Cup race wins list.

Although Hamlin has not won a championship, he holds the record for the non-championship-winning driver with the most Cup race wins. He surpassed Mark Martin’s record. Notably, three of Hamlin’s victories came at the Daytona 500, highlighting his success in crown jewel races.
