MINI coloca um ponto final na produção do Clubman

A MINI has put an end to the production of the Clubman, one of the most iconic models of the British brand, with a history that began in 1969 with the “Traveller” version, which was a success for the brand that produced the model until 1981.

In 2007, and already in the hands of the BMW Group, the model was once again produced with new lines and 21st century technology, with the design of three doors, one on the right side and two on the left side, along with two individual doors in the trunk, causing an impact.

In 2015, it was updated again with new lines, but maintaining the original wagon design, where the three doors were replaced by conventional four doors, offering more space and comfort, thanks to a larger wheelbase.

In March 2023, the brand decided to produce a special and final edition of the Clubman, “Final Edition,” limited to 1969 units to celebrate the year the model was launched.

Produced for the last 17 years at the British factory in Oxford, the Clubman now comes to an end, making way for the new Aceman, the 100% electric crossover that will be presented soon and which, according to the brand, combines the characteristics of the two most successful MINI models, the Cooper and the Countryman, to create a new vehicle concept.
