In a heartfelt announcement, Denny Hamlin and FedEx revealed the end of their iconic NASCAR partnership following the Cup Series finale. Hamlin posted a 47-second video on social media titled “Thank you, FedEx,” capturing a montage of his career highlights and memorable moments with the delivery giant since their journey began in 2005.

“Thank you, FedEx, for being there from the start,” Hamlin said in the video. “At all the wins and all the losses. Thank you, FedEx, for letting me be me, for always making a difference, for helping make this kid from Virginia’s dreams come true.”

FedEx, in a supportive response, shared, “What a ride it’s been! Denny and the entire Joe Gibbs team, it’s been an incredible 20 years of racing with the best. #TeamFedEx will always be cheering you on.”

The FedEx-Hamlin partnership has been one of the longest-running and most recognizable in NASCAR, marked by 47 wins together out of Hamlin’s 54 total career victories. However, FedEx had gradually reduced its presence on the No. 11 car in recent seasons, hinting at the impending shift. Joe Gibbs Racing has yet to officially comment on the sponsor’s departure.

As Hamlin and FedEx conclude their remarkable partnership, they leave a legacy of loyalty, resilience, and shared victories that will remain etched in NASCAR history.
