Jeep Avenger e-Hybrid já está disponível em Portugal a partir de €26 500

Jeep announced that by the end of September, 100,700 units had entered the European market, representing an increase of 3.5%, as well as a market share of 1%, which is an increase of 0.03 percentage points compared to the same period in 2023.

“We are thrilled to announce that Jeep sales in Europe have surpassed 100,000 vehicles, demonstrating that our commitment to offering a brand that embodies freedom and adventure is a significant success. These impressive results exemplify our ability to adapt to various markets,” said Eric Laforge, Director of Jeep in wider Europe.

Of the nearly 50% of volumes registered outside of Italy, Jeep’s domestic market, France stands out with registrations close to 9,000 units, representing an increase of 61% compared to last year.

The United Kingdom recorded over 6,000 registrations, with an increase of 155% compared to the previous year. In the Netherlands, registrations increased by 81% compared to 2023.

Contributing to the growth of Jeep in Europe has been the Avenger, which ranks just below the podium among 100% electric B-SUVs in 29 EU countries, holding third place in France and the Netherlands (January to August 2024). In a key market like Italy, where the Jeep brand has a market share of 4.5% in the passenger car sector, the Avenger is the best-selling SUV in absolute terms in the first nine months of the year, across all powertrain groups, and it is the third best-selling model overall in the passenger car segments in Italy.

“The remarkable freedom of the Jeep Avenger, our first 100% electric SUV, is a testament to our innovative spirit and the distinctive appeal of our vehicles. It not only reflects our commitment to sustainability but also reinforces our promise of ‘Freedom of Choice’ with our focus on developing and strengthening our footprint across Europe with the upcoming Avenger 4xe version”, concluded Eric Laforge.
