In what has become one of the most contentious battles in NASCAR’s history, 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports (FRM) have filed an anti-trust lawsuit against NASCAR, accusing the series of monopolistic practices. The lawsuit comes after both teams refused to sign the take-it-or-leave-it 2025-2031 charter agreement, a move that has sent shockwaves through the motorsport community.

RFK Racing co-owner and 2012 Cup champion Brad Keselowski has now weighed in on the situation, offering bold and thought-provoking insights into the lawsuit’s far-reaching impact. Keselowski believes that whether teams are directly involved or not, everyone in the Cup garage is now part of the ongoing legal drama.

“Alright, I guess that’s where we are. Obviously, we aren’t a part of this. We are but we’re not, right? Because anyone who is part of the garage is a part of it whether you want to be or not. So, see what happens, right?” Keselowski said, acknowledging the unavoidable ripple effects of the lawsuit on the sport.

Despite being an outsider to the legal battle, Keselowski understands the broader implications for the racing world, noting that the ongoing fight for revenue is unlikely to disappear anytime soon. Rather than focusing on issues he cannot control, Keselowski is choosing to zero in on what he can influence—growing the sport for everyone involved.

“There’s always going to be fighting over the piece of the pie and all of that. The reality is, we want to grow the sport as a whole, I know that’s where my head’s at. I can’t control anything else that happens outside of my own world, but I can do whatever small part possible to grow NASCAR and motorsports as a whole and that’s really where my focus is.”

In an appeal that resonates with many within the NASCAR community, Keselowski expressed his desire for peace and unity within the sport. As tensions rise over revenue sharing and fairness, Keselowski emphasized the importance of aligning the sport’s focus on growth and ensuring that everyone benefits from its success.

“Just want peace…What I want is for our entire industry to become laser-focused on growing the sport, and to have incentives that connect to where we all win when that happens.”

Keselowski’s call for unity and growth reflects a sentiment shared by many in the NASCAR world, as the lawsuit has raised concerns about the potential damage it could cause to the sport. With so much at stake, including the future of how NASCAR’s revenue is shared and managed, all eyes will be on the developments in the courtroom as the legal battle between 23XI, FRM, and NASCAR unfolds.

For now, Keselowski is keeping his focus on what he can control—pushing for growth in motorsports while navigating an uncertain landscape created by the ongoing charter wars. As the drama continues to unfold, NASCAR’s future remains clouded by the potential outcomes of this unprecedented legal dispute.
