Venda de modelos híbridos da Ferrari disparou no terceiro trimestre

The automotive sector is experiencing days of great change with the move towards electric mobility, and many brands have already announced their goals to achieve carbon neutrality.

In this sense, the demand for electrified models has been growing in recent times, and even Ferrari is not escaping the new reality, as the Maranello-based company announced that in the third quarter of 2023, 3,188 cars were delivered, which represents an increase of 271 units compared to the third quarter of 2022, of which 51.3% were hybrids and 48.7% were models equipped solely with combustion engines.

The data is included in an official document presented to investors by Ferrari, which shows that sales of hybrid models already surpass the numbers of models equipped only with combustion engines, with the third quarter data ending in September being driven by the demand for the 296 and SF90 ranges, plug-in hybrid models.

It is worth noting that in the third quarter of 2023, Ferrari’s portfolio included nine models equipped with combustion engines and four with hybrid powertrains, and it is already certain that the first 100% electric model from the Maranello brand will only be launched in 2025.
