Pneu usado por Michael Schumacher em corrida mítica transformado em pulseiras

A Keep Fighting Foundation, a charity founded by the Schumacher family, was tasked with selecting a piece of memorabilia to create a new collection of limited edition items, with the signature of the renowned Mongrip. The choice fell on a tire used during Michael Schumacher’s historic victory in the Monza Grand Prix in 1996.

At the time, the Scuderia had not won at the legendary Italian circuit for eight years, a streak interrupted by the former German driver, seven-time Formula 1 World Champion.

A left rear slick tire, signed by Michael Schumacher himself, mounted on his F310, and used in the unforgettable race won by Ferrari, was the rarity from which Mongrip’s craftsmen created the MZ96 bracelet collection, limited to only 91 units.

Each piece is personalized with platinum elements and a set of seven diamonds, making them unique in the world.

Only the No. 1 copy of this limited edition will be sold in an online auction organized by the prestigious London-based Bonhams on November 17. The remaining collection will be available from December 7 on the company’s official website www.mongrip.com, in a first batch of only seven bracelets, at a unit price of €8000.
