Hyundai Tucson renovado chega na primavera

Hyundai decided to renew the Tucson, the compact SUV from the South Korean brand that now presents a refined image in line with the latest models in the range, and that is expected to arrive in the European market in the spring of 2024.

On the outside, the novelties of the renewed Tucson are few, and therefore the new grille, which has been redesigned, deserves special mention, along with protective plates on the front and rear that give the model a more aggressive image. Additionally, the Tucson is equipped with Hyundai’s latest lighting signature.

The interior prioritizes space, which is achieved through a horizontal design that creates a sense of openness. The highlight is the new touchscreen for the infotainment system, which is integrated into a curved panel and is joined by the instrument cluster behind the steering wheel.

In addition, following the example of the Ioniq 5, the Hyundai symbol on the steering wheel has now been replaced by four dots, which is the Morse code representing the letter ‘H’. Also noteworthy is the automatic transmission control, which is now integrated into the steering column, freeing up space for storage in the narrower central console area.

Furthermore, the climate control system features new air vents and makes use of a set of physical buttons. Additionally, the central console is equipped with new USB ports.

Hyundai has not revealed technical details about the renewed Tucson, which may suggest that the brand will keep the already known gasoline “mild hybrid,” “full hybrid,” and “plug-in hybrid” powertrains, as well as the Diesel version.
