Aposta no prazer de condução: Hyundai Ioniq 6 N com mais de 650 cv e modo drift

At Hyundai, the bet on electrification should not compromise the commitment to dynamics and driving pleasure. Proving this, the recent announcement of the Ioniq 5 N, an electric car with 650 hp, making it the most powerful in the brand’s history.

But the sport division of the South Korean manufacturer, created in 2016, will not stop there, with the launch of the Ioniq 6 N expected in mid-2025, with increased battery capacity to 84 kWh, and the same mechanical configuration as the Ioniq 5 N; two motors, one per axle, with the front one generating 238 hp and the rear one 412 hp. Combined: 650 hp available for 10 seconds, after activating the N Grin Boost function, on an exclusive red button on the steering wheel.

In the Ioniq 6 N, the brand proposes the N Launch Control, for “shot” starts, two programs for pre-conditioning the battery (in Drag, maximum power available for a limited period; in Track, the operating temperature is lowered for a greater number of laps on the track). The all-wheel drive system combines with eleven levels of torque distribution between the axles, and includes an electronically controlled rear differential and rear-wheel steering. The N Race function allows the selection of two sport driving configurations: Endurance and Sprint, while the N Drift Optimizer acts on the steering, suspension, and traction systems for controlled drifts.
