After leaving the Bengals in 2018, Lewis ventured into TV analysis before taking on roles as a special advisor and co-defensive coordinator at Arizona State University. Now, he will be joining the Las Vegas Raiders as an assistant head coach, as reported by ProFootballTalk. This move reunites Lewis with Antonio Pierce, his former colleague at Arizona State. Pierce, who served as the interim head coach for the Raiders this season, has now been named the permanent head coach.
