Renault has announced a partnership with the AS Monaco football team, which in the upcoming season, about to begin, will compete in the Champions League, in order to highlight the Renault 5 E-Tech 100% electric.
Thus, the jerseys of the players from the Principality team will feature the R5 logo in all Champions League matches this season, as well as on the pocket area of the players’ equipment in French league (Ligue 1) matches.
As part of this collaboration, Renault will provide AS Monaco with a fleet of about twenty vehicles.
In this stage of the launch of the Renault 5 E-Tech 100% electric, Renault will give visibility to this new icon – a symbol of the brand’s transition to electricity – through various joint initiatives with AS Monaco.
Produced at the Douai factory in France, the Renault 5 E-Tech is also the first fully electric vehicle – alongside the Scenic E-Tech 100% electric – to receive the “Origine France Garantie” certification from Bureau Veritas.
