Seat’s revenues increase by 4.6% in the 1st semester to €7,752 million.

Seat announced that revenues in the first half of 2024 increased by 4.6% to €7,752 million, compared to the same period in 2023.

In a statement, the company that sells the Cupra and Seat brands revealed that “it recorded an operating profit of €406 million, an increase of 9.4% compared to the same period of the previous year”, with Seat’s revenues “reaching €7,752 million, representing a growth of 4.6% compared to 2023”.

The group also stated that in the first half of 2024, “it delivered a total of 297,400 vehicles, an increase of 13.8% compared to the first half of the previous year, when it delivered 261,400 units”.

According to Seat, sales of electrified vehicles grew to 45,900, a rise of 36.1% compared to the same period.

The statement also reveals that Cupra “achieved its best first half of the year in its history with the delivery of 125,700 cars, a growth of 17.2% compared to 2023”.

The Cupra Formentor continues to be the company’s best-selling model, with 61,700 units delivered in the first six months of the year. It was followed by the Cupra Leon family, which recorded 36,000 units delivered, representing an increase of 59.8% compared to the first half of 2023.

Seat delivered 171,700 vehicles, an increase of 11.4% compared to the same period last year (154,200). The iconic Ibiza, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary, led the brand’s sales with 56,300 units delivered, representing a 29% increase compared to the first half of 2023, followed by the Arona with 50,400 deliveries.
