Renovado Volkswagen T-Cross em Portugal desde €23 590

Volkswagen has just announced the opening period for orders for the renewed T-Cross, the smallest SUV from the German brand, with 1.2 million units sold since its launch in 2019.

To ensure that it remains competitive in the competitive B-SUV segment, Volkswagen has renewed the model with refined aesthetics and, essentially, reinforced equipment.

If aesthetically the changes are more discreet, the front section stands out for the new bumper with redesigned daytime running lights and a larger air intake, complemented by LED headlights with a redesigned graphic and a LED strip connecting them.

In the rear, in addition to the redesigned bumper, the T-Cross is equipped with new taillights, connected by a luminous strip. In the Style and R-Line versions, they feature an “X” shaped graphic. In addition, there are three new body colors: “Grape Yellow,” “Clear Blue Metallic,” and “Kings Red Metallic.”

In the cabin, the changes are more evident, with a well-organized space for up to five people, a rear seat that can be moved by 140 mm, and a trunk with a capacity of 385 liters, which can reach 455 liters when loaded up to the height of the rear seat. And when it is folded down (60:40 split), a flat loading area is created with a storage volume of up to 1281 liters (loaded up to the height of the front seat backs).

In addition, the front passenger seat backrest can be folded down as standard (from the Urban version). The loading area continues from the rear to the front, measuring 2,398 mm in length and can accommodate almost anything, from a surfboard to a medium-sized ladder.

With four levels of equipment, the T-Cross offers solutions such as LED headlights, replacing halogen headlights, LED taillights, traffic sign recognition, an 8.0″ Digital Cockpit, an infotainment system screen now in a floating configuration, also 8″, USB-C inputs, and rear parking sensors in the entry-level version (T-Cross).

The Urban variant includes additional equipment details, such as 17″ Bangalore alloy wheels, logo projectors on the exterior side mirror housings, and Wireless App-Connect for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

On the other hand, the top-of-the-range Style and R-Line versions now come standard with new technologies such as IQ.LIGHT LED Matrix headlights with curve light and suitable for all weather conditions, available for the first time in the T-Cross. The new light functions also include welcome and farewell animations. Additionally, both top models include new specific design 17″ alloy wheels as standard, exterior background lighting, as well as LED taillights with dynamic turn signal indicators and brake lights.

As for engines, the renewed T-Cross is offered with the 1.0 TSI gasoline engine, with two power levels, 95 and 115 hp, both combined, as standard, with a 7-speed DSG transmission.
