Nissan Ariya Nismo traz mais potência e estilo

Nissan unveiled the highly anticipated Ariya at the Tokyo Motor Show, a 100% electric model with Nismo treatment, which will initially only be available in the Japanese market.

This more muscular electric model is based on the Ariya e-4ORCE and features improvements in the powertrain to ensure better performance and acceleration. In this sense, the entry-level Nismo B6 e-4ORCE version comes with two electric motors, powered by a 66 kWh battery, producing 360 hp of power and a maximum torque of 560 Nm.

The top-of-the-range version is the Nismo B9 e-4ORCE with a 91 kWh battery, powering two motors that provide a combined power of 430 hp and a maximum torque of 600 Nm.

Nissan did not reveal details about the range of these two sportier models, nor their performance, but it is known that there is an exclusive Nismo driving mode that maximizes response and allows this Ariya to resemble the Formula E single-seaters from the Japanese team.

On the exterior, this version of the Ariya receives some updates to gain a more sporty image. In the front section, there is a more muscular bumper and a splitter with red details, along with side skirts, 20-inch wheels, and red accents on the side panels.

At the rear, the Ariya Nismo is equipped with a more pronounced spoiler placed at the end of the roof and another on the tailgate. The Nissan sports division has also created a brake light placed in the middle of the rear diffuser, reminiscent of the Formula E single-seaters.

Inside, the Japanese brand opted for a sportier image for the 100% electric model. For this purpose, the entire cabin is black, including the synthetic wood finishes, with red details standing out, especially the sport steering wheel. Red is also used in the air vents placed on the dashboard. The seats are upholstered in synthetic suede and perforated with red accents.
