Jeep Avenger e-Hybrid já está disponível em Portugal a partir de €26 500

The Jeep announced the opening of orders in the national market for the MY24 generation of the Avenger.

The compact SUV, which has been available with 100% electric motorization since its launch, now also comes with an e-Hybrid variant, which features a 1.2-liter, 3-cylinder combustion engine capable of delivering a maximum power of 100 hp, a 48-volt lithium-ion battery, and a 6-speed electrified dual-clutch automatic transmission. This transmission houses a 21 kW electric motor, an inverter, and the central transmission unit, working together to optimize compactness and efficiency.

The additional electric power increases low-speed torque and ensures a quiet and responsive start for the driver, with quick and uninterrupted transitions.

Jeep ensures that this e-Hybrid version optimizes fuel consumption efficiency, resulting in a 15% reduction in CO2 emissions compared to engines equipped with conventional automatic transmission.

In addition to the electrified versions, the Avenger has, since its launch, a gasoline variant equipped with a 1.2-liter engine capable of developing a power of 100 hp at 5500 rpm and a torque of 205 Nm at 1750 rpm, associated with a 6-speed manual transmission.

The gasoline versions are available in two equipment levels, Longitude and Altitude, while the electrified variants also have the top-of-the-range Summit finish level.

As for prices, Jeep has announced that they start at €24,500 for the gasoline version, while the new e-Hybrid variant starts at €26,500, and the 100% electric version starts at €37,800.
