Lewis Hamilton afirma que ainda tem a paixão para continuar correndo após seu pódio no Grande Prêmio da Espanha.

Lewis Hamilton expressed that he still has the excitement to compete in Formula 1. The Mercedes team showed an impressive performance in the Spanish Grand Prix, with their drivers securing third and fourth place, respectively. This marked Hamilton’s first top-three finish in the 2024 F1 season.

During an interview, Hamilton was asked if the race still sparks the same level of excitement as in his debut season. In response, Hamilton stated that the thrill of the race remains within him and that he thoroughly enjoyed the Spanish Grand Prix. He acknowledged that Barcelona always provides thrilling races and has been a successful track for him throughout his career.

Furthermore, Hamilton emphasized the importance of having good days to reignite the passion. He described the excitement and desire to race as a burning fire that needs to be kept alive. This demonstrates his enduring love for the sport. The seven-time world champion believes in continuously nurturing this passion and energy to keep them strong.

Hamilton stated that the entire team is feeling optimistic. He clarified that the team is not necessarily on a high, but there is a great sense of energy within them. This is because they have a clear direction to work towards. The British driver explained that having this clear direction has provided a boost in confidence and motivation for everyone, as they understand what needs to be done to improve.

In addition, Hamilton noted that the energy he mentioned is particularly high in his factory. He observed that the people in the factory are happier and more motivated. Being back in a competitive position excites him, and he feels good about fighting for the top again. Hamilton expressed his desire to continue improving and building on this positive momentum. However, he also emphasized the importance of staying focused and working hard, without getting carried away.

Arguably, Lewis Hamilton relishes the opportunity to compete against the top racers. He aspires to further improve and fight for the first position. Fans are delighted to see Hamilton back in action, especially after his third place finish last weekend. They eagerly await a strong performance from the British driver in Austria, hoping that additional points will be added to his score.
