EDP Comercial vai reduzir preço do carregamento elétrico na rede pública em 2024

EDP announced that the price of energy charged in the public electric charging network will become cheaper as of July,

“EDP Comercial will reduce, on average, 11% the prices of energy charged by users of the EDP Charge Card (CEME) in public areas, with effects from July 1st”, the company announced in a statement. The decision now announced is justified by the “favorable evolution” of energy markets.

EDP operates in the electric mobility market as an energy retailer in the public network, operator of public charging points, and supplier of solutions for private charging, both domestic and corporate.

Currently, the company has over 80,000 active CEME card users. In addition, EDP Comercial already has more than 2,500 electric charging points contracted and/or in operation in Portugal.
