Although this is an excellent opportunity, there may be a downside to replacing Martin Truex Jr., as pointed out by NASCAR Hall of Famer Dale Earnhardt Jr. He emphasized Truex Jr.’s skills and the pressure the new driver will have to excel right from the start.
