Lewis Hamilton rotula GP do Canadá como uma das piores corridas de sua carreira na F1.

Lewis Hamilton expressed his disappointment with his fourth place in the Canadian GP, stating that it was one of the worst weekends of his career. The Mercedes driver had a turbulent time in the race, starting strong in the FP3 session, but experiencing a drop in performance during qualifying, securing only seventh place on the grid. Errors on Hamilton’s part also contributed to him losing a position on the podium. Despite acknowledging his own poor performance, Hamilton praised the efforts of the Mercedes team and thanked them for providing him with a competitive car.

The challenging Mercedes W15 showed impressive power in the Canadian GP, with Hamilton and his teammate setting the fastest laps in the Q2 qualifying session. This marked a significant improvement for the team, which had introduced several upgrades for the race. However, various incidents during the race prevented both drivers from clinching the win. Nevertheless, Hamilton highlighted the exceptional pace of the W15 on the Montreal circuit and believed he had the potential to win the race. Despite not achieving victory, the team was satisfied with the points earned.

Looking ahead, Mercedes has the opportunity to make a strong comeback in the season. They must continue to compete in the development battle against their rivals and take advantage of Red Bull’s struggling pace. This could position them as championship contenders in the 2024 season.
