Leclerc: Ferrari não deve entrar em pânico após dois abandonos no GP do Canadá da F1.

Charles Leclerc, the Monaco driver representing Ferrari, asked the team not to exaggerate his disappointing performance at the Formula 1 Canadian Grand Prix. The race saw both Ferrari cars retire due to an engine issue. Leclerc managed to have a good start and climb into the points, but it was later revealed that he was dealing with an engine problem affecting his speed on the straights. Despite the setback, Leclerc defended the team and explained that the decision to risk on the tire strategy was a last effort to salvage some points. He emphasized that the engine issue was the main culprit for the poor performance and it would be a challenge to solve it for the rest of the season.

Ferrari had entered the Canadian Grand Prix with high hopes after the victory in Monaco, which had reduced the gap to Red Bull in the championship. However, Leclerc stressed the importance of not exaggerating the disappointment of this weekend. He acknowledged that the team would lose valuable points due to the double retirement, but asked them to approach the situation rationally and not make hasty decisions. Leclerc also highlighted the need to investigate the reasons behind the weak performance and work on improving the car’s performance in the upcoming races.

In conclusion, Leclerc’s message to Ferrari is clear: they should not overreact to the engine problem and double retirement at the Canadian Grand Prix. He acknowledged the impact of the setback, but emphasized the need for a sensible approach. Leclerc also expressed confidence in the team’s ability to solve the engine problem and improve their performance in the next races.
