In the last edition of our publication, we provided an immediate response to the recently revealed 2026 Formula 1 regulations by the FIA. Ben Anderson joins Edd Straw to discuss the significant changes and their potential impact, while also clarifying the reasons behind them.
We analyze the influence of updated power unit regulations on rule formation, as well as efforts to make cars more compact and lighter. Additionally, we delve into modified aerodynamic regulations, aiming to limit excess aerodynamics and minimize the need for stiff, low-slung cars.
