Lando Norris diz que Ferrari será difícil de bater depois que Charles Leclerc garante pole position no GP de Mônaco.

Lando Norris faces a tough challenge in tomorrow’s Monaco GP, as McLaren and Ferrari closely monitor Red Bull’s dominant performance in recent weeks. Ferrari secured pole position in Monaco, while McLaren only managed a sixth place for the race. However, McLaren anticipates a tough battle against the Italian constructor at the Monte Carlo circuit.

McLaren’s team received praise for their strong pace against Red Bull in the previous race. The 24-year-old British driver hoped to outperform Ferrari in Monaco, but narrowly missed out on pole position to Charles Leclerc. As a result, Norris expects a challenging race against the Maranello-based team on the street circuit.

Leclerc has been impressive in his home race and is a potential contender for victory on Sunday. McLaren’s improved pace could lead to an exciting battle between the two teams. With Max Verstappen starting in sixth place and Lewis Hamilton’s elimination in Q1, Red Bull is unlikely to be competitive for the win.

Norris has performed exceptionally well in the 2024 season, currently holding fourth place in the drivers’ championship. He aims to win every possible race, not just the ongoing event in Monaco. McLaren’s positive performance has boosted the team’s motivation and energy, thanks to recent upgrades on the MCL38. This gives them a decent chance to close the gap with rival teams.

The competition among the top three teams is intense in the era of ground effect. Red Bull, Ferrari, and McLaren may engage in an exciting battle for the top spot as the season progresses. Milton Keynes is expected to continue introducing upgrades throughout the season to narrow the gap with their opponents.
