RB sugere manter Daniel Ricciardo e Yuki Tsunoda para 2025 apesar da especulação sobre o futuro de Liam Lawson.

Liam Lawson had an exceptional performance last season for the team based in Faenza.

The Visa Cash App RB dismissed rumors about the 2025 season by expressing confidence in their current drivers. The team has been the subject of speculation regarding the hiring of the Red Bull reserve driver.

Red Bull’s sister team scored 20 points this season, with impressive performances from Daniel Ricciardo and Yuki Tsunoda. As a result, they have hinted that they will keep their current driver lineup for the 2025 season, despite rumors of hiring new drivers. Liam Lawson is considered a strong candidate for a spot on the team.

Lawson showcased his talent during the previous season, stepping in for Ricciardo after the Australian suffered a wrist injury at the Dutch Grand Prix. The Red Bull Advisor praised Lawson for his exceptional performance in the 2023 season and believes he deserves a spot in 2025.

While Tsunoda has outperformed Ricciardo this season, rumors suggest that the Australian may be replaced due to his inconsistent form. However, Lawson’s future remains uncertain after the RB CEO reassured their current drivers about their positions for the upcoming season.

Ricciardo expressed his desire to return to Red Bull. Since leaving the team in 2018, the Australian’s goal has been to rejoin the Red Bull structure in the future.

After leaving Red Bull, Ricciardo joined Renault (Alpine) and then raced for McLaren until the end of the 2022 season. However, he has only won one race since his departure from Red Bull.

Now, Ricciardo aims to make a return to his former team amid speculation about a possible replacement for Sergio Perez. However, he faces the challenge of proving his worth and showing that he still has the ability to win a championship. The 2024 Formula 1 season will be crucial for his career.
