Smart #1 ganha duas novas versões mais acessíveis
A Smart is expanding its product portfolio with two new versions of the fully electric Smart #1 model, the new Pure and Pure+ which bring greater connectivity and the comfort of the more equipped variants. In terms of exterior design, there are no new features compared to the other versions of the Smart #1, achieving an aerodynamic resistance coefficient of 0.29, an active grille, specific 18-inch wheels, retractable door handles, along with LED optical signature and rear parking sensors. In the cabin, the highlight is a 12.8’’ infotainment system screen, with different connectivity packages, and a 9.2’’ instrument panel, both Full HD, complemented by premium fabric seats. The new Pure equipment level now becomes the entry point in the Smart #1 range, featuring an electric motor with 272 hp and 343 Nm of torque, powered by a 49 kWh battery offering a range of 310 km according to the WLTP cycle. It can recharge at up to 130 kW in DC and up to 7.4 kW in AC.

This version of Smart #1 accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.7 seconds, and is capable of reaching a maximum speed of 180 km/h.

As for the Pure+ variant, which sits between the Pro and Pro+ versions, it stands out for being equipped with a 66 kWh battery for a range of 420 km (WLTP). The battery can be recharged in direct current up to 150 kW and in alternating current up to 22 kW.

“At Smart, we have set the goal of developing products for different lifestyles. This involves premium technology and design, but our European customers are also very concerned about prices: with the Smart #1 Pure and Pure+, we want to offer an affordable entry into electromobility, while maintaining our high product standards in terms of equipment, safety, and comfort”, stated Dirk Adelmann, CEO of Smart Europe.

In terms of prices, the new variants of Smart #1 are available starting at €34,450 for the Pure entry version, and from €39,450 for the Pure+.
