McLaren revela design do Grande Prêmio de Mônaco inspirado em Senna.

McLaren will unveil a unique livery at this weekend’s Monaco Grand Prix Formula 1 race, paying tribute to the legendary Ayrton Senna. Senna, who holds the record for most wins at this circuit, made an indelible mark on McLaren as their most successful driver. The livery will feature the distinct yellow, green, and blue colors that represent Senna’s iconic helmet design and the vibrant shades of Brazil. Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri will proudly display this special livery on their MCL38s during the race.

Zak Brown, CEO of McLaren Racing, expressed the team’s pride in honoring Senna’s extraordinary life and racing legacy through this unique livery. Senna continues to be revered as the greatest icon in Formula 1 and remains McLaren’s most decorated driver. His impact on the team goes beyond his impressive racing record; his presence within the team and lasting legacy are deeply valued. Racing with the green, yellow, and blue colors at his most successful circuit is a true honor for McLaren.

As the thirtieth anniversary of Senna’s death approaches, McLaren has chosen to celebrate his life and achievements at one of his favorite and most triumphant circuits, Monaco. The team looks forward to competing with this vibrant and beautiful livery throughout the weekend. In addition to the livery, McLaren has also unveiled a special edition of the McLaren Senna called Senna Sempre, which also celebrates Senna’s legacy.

Bianca Senna, niece of Ayrton, expressed her gratitude for the collaboration between McLaren Racing and McLaren Automotive in recognizing and celebrating her uncle’s life through these unique paintings. She acknowledges that McLaren held a special place in Senna’s heart, and together, they achieved remarkable success that is still remembered today. Witnessing the Senna Sempre racing through the streets of Monaco, a circuit that brought immense joy and triumphs to her uncle, will be a truly special moment.
