This is a sample paragraph.

Oscar Piastri, from McLaren, received a three-position grid drop penalty for obstructing Kevin Magnussen during the Formula 1 race qualifying session in Imola. Magnussen encountered Piastri at Turn 2 while attempting a fast lap. Piastri, who was on a cooling down lap, inadvertently hindered Magnussen’s chances of setting a competitive time to avoid elimination. After the incident, Piastri and McLaren team representatives were summoned by the Stewards to discuss the matter. The FIA decided to impose a three-position grid drop on Piastri for obstructing Magnussen without valid reason. The FIA determined that Piastri did not receive any radio warning about Magnussen’s rapid approach, leaving him unable to avoid the incident. The Stewards reviewed various pieces of evidence, including positioning/signaling system data, video footage, telemetry provided by the team, team radio communications, and onboard video evidence. Piastri explained that, due to the circuit layout at that specific location, he was unable to see Magnussen until it was too late, at which point he tried to accelerate to create distance from Magnussen as quickly as possible. Magnussen acknowledged the difficulty for drivers to see cars behind them in various sections of the track, including the location of the incident. However, the Stewards noted that Piastri’s team did not alert him to Magnussen’s much faster approach until it was too late for Piastri to take any safe action to avoid obstruction. There was a significant speed difference of approximately 140 km/h, and Magnussen was only about 40-50 meters behind Piastri at that moment. This meant Piastri was in the middle of the chicane when Magnussen caught up directly behind him. Additionally, it became evident that Magnussen was on a fast lap since his exit from Turn 19. In the post-qualifying press conference, Piastri mentioned that he did not see any cars approaching in his mirrors and expressed the need to review the incident and await the Stewards’ decision. As a result of the penalty, Piastri will start in fifth position, behind his teammate Lando Norris and the Ferrari drivers. Norris will now join Verstappen on the front row, while Leclerc and Sainz will occupy the second row of the grid.
