Chefe da McLaren afirma: “Max Verstappen não conquistará título mundial em outra equipe que não seja a Red Bull.”

Max Verstappen has won three consecutive world championships since 2021.

The rising star of Red Bull has been dominating the world of F1 since the beginning of the 2022 season. According to current rules, he has proven to be an incredibly skilled driver, and McLaren has made a strong statement about their pursuit of the fourth world championship.

The American openly expressed his belief that there are several drivers on the current grid who have the potential to win the title in a Red Bull car. He even admitted that if Max Verstappen were driving for any other team, it would have been difficult for him to secure a championship.

Up to this point, the 26-year-old driver has won three world championships.

Brown did not hold back in his assessment of the current world champion. He truly believes that there are a significant number of drivers on the current F1 grid who have the ability to win a world championship. From former champions to young talents, the grid is filled with immense skill!

While Zak Brown downplayed Max Verstappen’s dominance in F1 a bit, he also suggested that Verstappen’s teammate is not the right competitor to challenge him for the world championship.

After six races in the ongoing season, Perez has only accumulated 103 points compared to Verstappen’s 136.

The 2024 F1 season has already seen three different race winners so far. The Ferrari driver secured a victory at Albert Park, and the McLaren driver recently outperformed Verstappen in Miami. With all this in mind, the ongoing season is proving to be more unpredictable than expected.

The formidable Red Bull team has already had two disappointing performances, which had significant consequences. Teams like Ferrari and McLaren are on the rise, and there is a good chance that the remaining races starting from Imola will bring unexpected surprises. Verstappen and Red Bull cannot make mistakes if they want to maintain their lead in the standings.
